    What an absolutely fabulous blog you have Supriya. Been following you for years and tried your “ Curry Leaf-Scented Crispy Coconut Prawns” a couple of days back. Followed your recipe exactly how you’ve mentioned and it turned out so good and yummy ! I’m still wondering why it took me so long ! Your recipes are going to be a part of my kitchen from now on ! Thank you and look forward to many more fabulous additions !

    Hi Supriya, in coconut carrot cake, can I use fresh grated coconut and vegan milk?

      Yes absolutely Sowmya but reduce the quantity of milk since fresh coconut is already succulent. Do post a picture and let me know how it turns out.
